About
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, where my focus is on understanding mental health challenges more deeply and working toward effective ways of addressing them. Alongside my training in psychotherapy and psychological assessments, I’ve been part of research projects and community initiatives that aim to reduce stigma and create more acceptance around mental health. These experiences have been valuable in shaping my perspective, and I continue to learn and grow through both clinical practice and outreach. My hope is to keep building on these experiences and explore thoughtful, innovative approaches to better support those who need it.
