About
Carlos F. Caceres is Professor of Public Health and Founding Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Sexuality, AIDS and Society at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH). He has worked in the fields of HIV, sexual health, sexuality and access to health for the past 25 years. He is also the director of the Institute for Studies in Health, Sexuality and Human Development, a civil society organisation based in Lima. Since May 2021 he is the Vice-Rector for Research at UPCH.
