Dr. Suman Kumar Swarnkar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management and Technology, Raipur, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Kalinga University, Naya Raipur, and an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. With professional experience spanning both the software industry and academia, he has supervised several M.Tech. dissertations and is actively engaged in postgraduate research guidance. His research interests include intelligent data analysis, machine learning, soft computing, and nature-inspired computing. Dr. Swarnkar has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, presented at international conferences, and contributed chapters to edited volumes published by Springer and Elsevier. He holds granted patents in India and Australia, with additional applications under review. A lifetime member of professional organizations such as IEEE, IAENG, IFERP, and the Internet Society, he has also participated in numerous faculty development programs, workshops, and specialized training courses. His academic pursuits reflect a strong commitment to advancing research and interdisciplinary innovation in computational science.
