About
Research fellow in psychiatric genetics who is eager to build a career in Systems/Genomic Medicine and conduct research in systems psychiatry and biological complexity to study the mechanisms of (patho-)physiological processes in biological systems using a unique combination of educational experience coupled with over twenty years of computer programming and ten years of computational biology experience in biomedicine.
• Hold a PhD Degree in Bioinformatics (Computational Systems Biology), Master’s Degree in Information Technology. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences (Major: Chemistry and Computer Science; Sub: Biology)
• Experience working in chemical, biological and medical domains.
• Dedicated to basic and applied research to facilitate translational systems biology.
• Research interest in systems genetics, network biology, interactomics, phenomics, multi-scale modelling of biological systems, genome dynamics, biological noise, cellular reprogramming, and formalization of disease ontologies
