Mr. Manish Kumar Gupta is presently a Scientist F in the AI & QT group at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Pune. He completed his B.Tech. in C.S. (2004) from BSACET Mathura, Affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. As part of the OCR consortium sponsored by MeitY, he developed Marathi OCR and testing tools. He also developed Hindi OHWR as a part of the OHWR consortium sponsored by Meity.
