About
My research work basically focused on the characterization of potential cancer biomarkers for the early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer. My Ph.D. project work extensively involves a thorough analysis of the in-vitro and clinical specimens (both HPV + & -ve). I have extensive experience in various laboratory techniques, including cell culture (transduction and transfection assays), animal handling and model development, processing and analysis of different clinical specimens, and molecular biology techniques such as PCR, quantitative PCR, plasmid isolation, basic cloning and purification of the protein, western blotting, fluorescence & confocal microscopy, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and FACS. Additionally, I am skilled in immunological assays such as ELISA and basic microbiology techniques.
