Mohd. Ashraf received his Ph.D. and B.Tech. degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in 2024 and 2013, respectively. He obtained his M.Tech. degree in Communication Systems from NIT Patna in 2017. His research interests focus on optical sensors, optical fiber chemical sensors, and optical communication.
