Gorre Balakishan

About

He did his M.Sc. & M.Phil. in Chemistry from University of Hyderabad, one of the top universities in India. He completed his Ph.D. research work under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Kamal, who was an out standing scientist, Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), Hyderabad. Then He had experience of two postdoctoral research fellowships from KINKI University, OSAKA, JAPAN and University of Alberta, EDMONTON, CANADA. He has been working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Organic Chemistry, University College of Science, Telangana University, Dihpally, Nizamabad, Telangana State, IINDIA since 2014. His research work mainly focus on Synthesis, Biological Evaluation of bioactive molecules and their developments. He published about 10 international peer reviewed publications and 6 US patents filed.
He received "Early Career Research Award" (Young Scientist) from DST-SERB, INDIA.
He is an Associate Fellow of Telangana Academic Sciences, Telangana State
He is also recipient of "Global Teacher Award- 2021" from AKS EDUCATIONAL AWARDS
