Consultant Cardiologist since August 2016, at Portsmouth Hospitals University Hospital. I specialise within heart failure and complex device implantation.
This follows graduation from St George's Hospital Medical School, London with honours in medicine and Surgery, followed by registrar training within the South Thames deanery including St George's Hospital and Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
I then completed my fellowship within NW Thames at the Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield hospitals. Beyond all aspects of cardiovascular disease, I continue to develop interests within cardiac sarcoidosis and amyloidosis.
I am the current clinical lead for heart failure at the Trust. I have been the local primary investigator for a large number of randomised controlled studies. This has included the COAST OUS, DAPA- Resist and Subcut II Study.
I have published over 50 peer reviewed articles and continue to publish within the field.
