Ujjwal K. Saha received his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India in the year 1996. He has more than 27 years of teaching, research and administrative experiences. Currently, he is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. His broad areas of research include aerospace propulsion, applied aerodynamics, turbomachinery, wind energy, alternative fuels and internal combustion engines. He has published a large number technical papers in journals/conferences. He has acted as a reviewer of many international journals and conferences including ASME, ASCE, ACS, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Sage, Taylor and Francis, Begell House and others. He is an ASME member.
