About
Yogesh Trivedi is a Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. He received his BE degree in Electronics from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidya Nagar in 1993 and ME degree in Industrial Electronics from M.S University of Baroda in 1995. He received PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2011. From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a lecturer in Faculty of Technology and Engineering, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Since 1996, he has been associated with Nirma University. He worked as PG Coordinator for Communication Engineering program and Head, Centre for Continuing Education, Nirma University. His current research interests are in performance analysis and simulation of wireless communication systems, cognitive radio, signal processing, remote sensing. He has published several papers in national/international conferences and international journals. He has completed two research projects sponsored by GUJCOST, Gandhinagar. He has been guiding students for their MTech and PhD degrees in Nirma University. He has organised several short term training programs for the benefit of research scholars in the area of Wireless Communications. Interested students for PhD in the fields of wireless communication, Signal processing such as image and speech, cognitive radio, underwater wireless communication, remote sensing are advised to contact Dr. Trivedi.
