Has done MBBS and MD Radiation Oncology from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak. Has finished the Certificate Residency Programme in the field of Clinical and Radiation Oncology from PGIMS Rohtak. With an experience of over 20-years to his credit, Dr. Dhull has been associated with prestigious organizations like Hindu Rao Hospital Delhi-7, AIIMS Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-29, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and PGIMS Rohtak. His work and experience in the field of Radiation and Clinical Oncology could be acknowledged by more than 100 peer reviewed publications in national & international journals. He regularly participates in Conferences and CMEs. He has presented papers & posters in many reputed Conference in India. He is also the reviewer of nine esteemed international journals. For his skill development, has attended many professional certificate training courses and has got five special appreciations of operational excellence by different Government agencies. He has extensive experience of many national projects handled individually. He is an active member of many national and international Oncological societies like Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI), Indian Brachytherapy Society (IBS), American Brachytherapy Society (ABS), Indian College of Radiation Oncology (ICRO), Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP) etc. He is also a scopus author and his Orcid Record ID is 0000-0002-8313-4914. He has also been awarded with an excellent grade in Advanced Diploma in Web and Software Engineering which has further added his technical skills in the field of Radiation Oncology. He is also the internet domain editor of two of the reputed websites. He is a philatelist and numismatist of International repute. Currently, he is working as Consultant Radiation Oncologist in Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, Haryana, India.
