Obatained M.Sc. (Physics) from Agra University (Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra), M.Phil from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and PhD (Physics) from University of Pune (Now SPPU). Worked as Lecturer in University affiliated colleges and as Scientist in DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Research interests include field emission/ ion microscopy (FEM/FIM), scanning tunneling microscopy for characterisation of materials/ nanomaterials at nanoscale, and smart FE display devices.
