About
Maruf Hossain (M’14, EuMA) received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He received his M.Sc. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication from the University of Gavle, Gavle, Sweden, in 2008 and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany, in 2016. In 2008, he joined IHP microelectronics, Frankfurt/Oder, Germany, in the circuit design department. Since 2011, he has been with the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut (FBH), Berlin, Germany. His research interests include the CMOS/BiCMOS/InP, millimeter-wave, and THz circuit design and characterization.
