About

Dr. Jajati Keshari Parida is currently a full Professor at, the School of Economics, University of Hyderabad, India. He got PhD (2013) from the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore. His areas of research include: Migration, Employment, Poverty and Human Development. He has already guided four Ph. D, Five M. Phil. and 31 Master Students. Until today, he had been invited by several prestigious institutes/universities of India for delivering lectures and invited talks. For his research work, he has been awarded as the Outstanding Researcher among the faculties of Humanity and Social Sciences in the year 2019 from the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda and the L. K. Deshpande Young Labour Economist Award from the Indian Society of Labour Economics (IJLE) in 2022.
