Dr Rashmi Maini is a faculty of HR/OB at the Amity International Business School, Amity University, Noida. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi in Human Resource Management. She is a management graduate and holds a degree in labour management. She recently completed the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has been teaching in (HR/ OB) to management students for more than a decade. She has earned scholarships (JRF and SRF) from the UGC during her PhD tenure. She has presented several papers at National and International Conferences in India and abroad. Dr Maini has several research publications in reputed journals, including those listed in ABDC and SCOPUS indexed. She is actively involved in research, training, and consultancy. She has been a faculty member for several training workshops for both private and public sector organizations. Her research work has been acknowledged by the Middlesex University, UK, IIT Delhi & XLRI Jamshedpur, India to name a few. She is an active member of BUIRA (British Universities of Industrial Relations) and ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science). She is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and takes a deep interest in developing people.
