I am working as Assistant Librarian in the Central University Library, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow-India. Dr. Saini has more than ten years of professional experience in the management of collection, user-services, and human resources in an academic library system. He has obtained PhD. in 'Employment opportunities for the library and information professionals. Dr. Saini completed MPhil in Library & Information Science from the University of Delhi. Dr. Saini awarded a Research Fellowship from the University Grand Commission of India in 2008. He has completed various projects and consultancy for library automation and digitization for different schools and colleges. Dr. Saini has actively involved in multiple administrative and policy formation for university libraries. He has published 25+ research and review papers in journals and magazines of repute at the national and international platforms. He also contributed to the knowledge domain two books from his credits. Dr. Saini is also an active member of various professional associations and bodies in India. He participates as a member of the editorial team and reviewer to many journals in India and abroad.
