Dr. Jaggi Lal, born in Uttar Pradesh, India, is an accomplished researcher and academician in the field of Organic and Medicinal Chemistry. He earned his Ph.D. in 2014 from the School of Studies in Chemistry, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, with research focused on the design, synthesis, and biological significance of curcumin derivatives. In recognition of his research excellence, he was awarded the prestigious National Postdoctoral Fellowship (N-PDF) by the Science and Engineering Research Board (now Anusandhan National Research Foundation) in 2016. He subsequently carried out postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Currently, Dr. Jaggi Lal serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Sanskriti University. His research interests encompass C-H activation reactions, catalysis, heterocyclic synthesis, and medicinal chemistry. He has made significant scholarly contributions through the co-authorship of one book, two book chapters, and more than 30 research publications in reputed international journals.
