About
Harini Karthick obtained her Bachelors and Masters in Medical Bionanotechnology from Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE). She joined Nanotheranostics lab at CARE to pursue her Ph.D, where she worked on therapeutic Nanodrug delivery approaches for treating psychiatric illness. She previously worked with Nanostructures in Photodynamic Therapy for the treatment against cancer and multidrug resistant bacterial infections. Her research interests are centered in Nanopsychiatry, Nanoenabled drug delivery and Nanozymes. At present, she is working as an Assistant Professor (Teaching Faculty) in the Department of Biotechnology at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS)-Engineering.
