Hello there! I'm Dr. Rashmi Mishra, and I am incredibly passionate about the world of commerce and education. With a Doctorate in Commerce, I've specialized in various areas, including Economics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Human Resources. I've been fortunate to work in the academic field for over 16 years, and it's been a fulfilling journey so far.

My interest in economics has been a driving force in my academic pursuits. I've delved deep into economic theories and their practical applications, becoming recognized for my expertise in this dynamic field. Additionally, Supply Chain Management has always intrigued me.

Quality Management is something I genuinely believe in, and I've made it my mission to ensure that educational programs meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. In Human Resources, I've worked to create a positive and nurturing work environment for everyone involved in the education process.

Before my current position at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Oman, I had the honor of serving in the Ministry of Education in Africa. Being part of educational reforms and policy formulation was incredibly rewarding and allowed me to impact the region's education system positively. Along with that, I have worked for the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, India.

Now, as a faculty member at the university, I get to share my knowledge, inspire young minds, and conduct groundbreaking research. Being a mentor to students is something I cherish, and I'm grateful for the chance to contribute to the academic community.
