I am an associate professor of English Studies at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University (https://www.usmba.ac.ma/~usmba2/) in Fez, Morocco, and I also work as an adjunct professor at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (www.aui.ma).
My research focuses on technology-enhanced learning, digital pedagogy, and the integration of technological pedagogical knowledge (TPACK) in higher education, with particular attention to how digital environments support student learning and the development of soft skills.
I have published on topics such as online learning, supervisory practices, and the role of technology in improving teaching effectiveness and student engagement in higher education.
I am currently coordinating a Bachelor’s program in English, Intercultural Communication, and Global Citizenship, where I work to integrate innovative, technology-driven learning approaches into the curriculum.
I serve as the Regional Director of the International TESOL Union (https://tesolunion.org/), and I was an Erasmus+ visiting scholar at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences, May 2026) (https://www.ubbcluj.ro/en/).
