About

Dr Geetha Manoharan works in Telangana as an associate professor at SR University. She is the university-level PhD programme coordinator and has also been given the additional responsibility of In-Charge Director of Publications and Patents under the Research Division at SR University. Under her tutelage, students are inspired to reach their full potential in all areas of their education and beyond through experiential learning. It creates an atmosphere conducive to the growth of pupils into independent thinkers and avid readers. She has more than thirteen years of experience in the business world, academia, and the academy. She has a keen interest in the study of organisational behaviour and management. More than two hundred plus articles and book chapters have been published in scholarly venues such as UGC-refereed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Springer. She has also co-edited one of IGI Global, USA’s edited book on Binge eating. Over the past decade, she has participated in varied research and student exchange programmes at both the national and international levels. Ten of her collaborative innovations in this area have already been published and patented. Emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work-life balance are among her specialities. She organises programmes for academic organisations. She belongs to several professional organisations, including the CMA and the CPC. The TIPSGLOBAL Institute of Coimbatore has recognised her twice (in 2017 and 2018) for her Outstanding Academic Excellence. Have received the Research & Academic Excellence award for the academic year 2023-2024 for “Trendsetter Highest Scopus Documents count Award”, “Distinguished Consistent Researcher Award” and “Excellent Researcher Award in Women Category Award” at the SR University.
