My research area basically investigates the effects and constraints of eHealth adoption in India. This study highlights what obstacles should be considered while dealing with eHealth and what could hinder its growth. As a result, it's worth looking into what the actual impacts of the eHealth implementation have been so far, as well as what challenges have developed. The goal is to look into the consequences and roadblocks from the standpoint of customer engagement as one of the barriers.
