The world of Information and Knowledge is massive and unimaginable! Lucky to be in this profession of Library and Information Science since over three decades. I have seen the timelines of two centuries and an era before and after the internet. The services offered by the library have seen a dramatic change from one-to-one interaction to providing the information directly from handheld device. Users are overwhelmed with massive information and professionals are facing challenges to provide user centric services which are constantly changing as per the needs and project requirements.
