Thereafter Joined Lecturer in Psychology, through Haryana Public Service Commission, Chandigarh (1990-2001) Followed by Selection through Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi as Asst. Professor of Psychology, Chandigarh ADMINISTRATION (2001-2013). Presently working as Professor of Psychology, Department of Psychology, Panjab University, Chandigarh (2013-2024)
Very soon likely to join as Professor of Psychology, University of Delhi
Beyond all above, also worked as a coordinator, IGNOU (2011-2022) and awarded as best Study Center, Chandigarh (0601)
Awarded Life time Achievement Award: World Emotional Literacy League, USA and World Without Anger, Kathmandu (24.11.2018)
Life Time Achievement Award: By World Buddhist Mission, Japan-2023
