About

Since my studentship in dental graduation (2006-2010), I was a dreamer to recreate a new tooth instead of an artificial replacement. Later, in my post-graduation (2011-2014), I tried a little ahead to create a tooth bank to use extracted deciduous teeth as biological restoration. I was a fresher to practice regenerative endodontics and finished a few cases with success. In the next level, I have started my career as a Sr. Lecturer in MMDC&H , Bihar (2014-2016). I have joined West Bengal Dental Education Service in 2016 as a clinical tutor and now continuing the same as an Assistant Professor at Dr. R Ahmed Dental College & Hospital, Kolkata. At the same time, I have completed my Ph.D. in Dental Pulp Stem Cells research (2017-2022) from Dept. of Oral and Dental Sciences, JIS University, Kolkata. I have participated several conferences and conventions with more than twenty presentations. As a committed teacher and learner, I have conducted and attended various scientific workshops, CDE programs and chaired different sessions. I have more than twenty publications till date and few more under process. I am a very hard working and devoted researcher, inclined to conduct extensive research in not only whole tooth bioengineering but also in the field of dental regenerative medicine with a view to develop more effective treatment procedures for degenerative diseases.
