Dr. Neha Jain is an Assistant Professor at the University School of Management & Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University (DTU). Her research lies at the intersection of demographic economics, development economics, labour economics, population studies, financial inclusion, and firm productivity. Her work focuses on demographic transition, gender dividend, digitalisation, MSMEs, and economic growth in India.

She has previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and has taught at Delhi University and other institutions. She has published in leading international journals, including Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (Nature Portfolio), Population Research and Policy Review, Health Economics, Policy and Law, and the Journal of Social and Economic Development. She has also contributed book chapters to Springer Nature publications.

Dr. Jain has led research projects funded by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and has received several research awards, including the CFA Institute Asia-Pacific Research Exchange Best Paper Award and the Best Paper Award at the G20 Y20 National Conference. Her current research examines demographic change, gender equality, financial resilience, digitalisation, and productivity in India.
