obtained BE (ECE) from Madras University, ME (VLSI Design) from CEG, Anna University. Completed Ph.D with UGC fellowship grant. in Image processing and pattern recognition from MIT, Anna University, Chennai, India. Currently, Professor in School of Electronics Engineering at Vellore institute of Technology Chennai. Active member of IEEE Signal Processing Society. The area of interest includes Image processing, Video Analytics, Pattern Recognition, VLSI architecture for signal/image processing. Have published research papers in reputed Journals, Conferences and Book Chapters.
