About
I am interested in exploring the role of chaperones against aggregation of amyloid beta peptides using a combination of experimental and theoretical approach. Interaction of small heat shock protein with relevant Human-amyloid beta peptides using spectroscopy and microscopy will be of interest. Expression, isolation and purification of the small heat shock proteins will be carried out using high-pressure liquid chromatography. Apart from their interaction with amyloid beta peptides, purified chaperones will be immobilized to design heat-shock resistant surface for the prevention of Alzheimer's.
