About

I studied hotel and catering (hospitality) and tourism management from National Diploma (from Katsina Polytechnic), HND (from Kaduna Polytechnic) to Master's Degree (university of Bedfordshire, UK) levels. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in education from Usmanu danfodiyo University. I am a Fellow institute of management consultant (Nigeria) and member National Institute of Management Consultant, Observer international Tourism Network, member National Association of Vocational and Technical Educators of Nigeria.
I worked in the kitchen, restaurant, Banquet, and Rooms services at supervisory levels for 7 years + in various hotels in Nigeria. I taught and held positions of Catering Officer in secondary schools in Katsina State, Nigeria. I worked with the Amazon and Dimensions in the UK. I currently hold the position of Principal Lecturer at Isa Kaita College of Education, Katsina State. I participated, as a member of various committees in the College, and currently a member of Katsina State Committee on nutrition.
I supervised dozens of students seminars and projects, supervise students' teaching practice exercises, and students' work experiences. I coordinated several students' seminars as well.
I write and attended some academic conferences in Nigeria and abroad. I have some journal articles, book chapters and co-authored a book on nutrition. In addition to that, I review some journal and conferences in Nigeria and Turkey.
