As the Head of AI, Dr. Vikram Singh is driving the AI transformation across Mahindra Group’s automotive, hospitality, and enterprise businesses. He builds high-performing teams that delivers Enterprise AI Solutions such as intelligent chatbots, voice AI, and large-scale MLOps architectures using Generative AI and Agentic AI. His work impacts millions of customers and drive measurable business outcomes.

Previously, as Associate Director at IndiGo Airlines, he co-founded the AI Lab (Lab37), pioneered the GPT-4-powered 6Eskai chatbot, and designed predictive analytics systems that revolutionized operational efficiency for India’s largest airline.
