Applied for Patent in India and registered for PCT countries. It includes Development of solid state nanocoating for solar panels with antireflecting, light trapping and self-cleaning properties. Increasing power/energy output and reducing cleaning cost (especially use of water). The coating also helps to reduce the panel temperature thereby impedes PID (Process induced Deterioration). Our coating is environmentally friendly, thermally, and chemically stable and biocompatible with no toxic waste residue or effluent.
As per the reports from esteemed National Center for Photovoltaic Research and Education (NCPRE), IIT Bombay and preliminary report of testing at NISE (National Institute of Solar Energy), even with brand new panels, there is a remarkable 4% increase in Energy Output and 2 to 3 ℃ lower temperature, as compared non-coated panels.
We have collaborated with SINE- Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and are in discussions for MOU with NISE (National Institute of Solar Energy) – MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) – Govt. of India.
Special Achievements:
➢Expert referee and reviewer of reputed international publishing houses.
➢Actively involved in delivering Chemistry Popularization Talks & motivational lectures to inspire and motivate KISHORE VAIGYANIK & INSPIRE Scholars and number of school and graduate students.
➢ Actively involved in popularization & creating awareness about Green Chemistry at public platforms.
➢Author “Harit Rasayan” (2017) in Rashtriya Bhasha “Hindi” published by Scientific Publishers, India
