Prabir K. Roy

About

An experimental physicist. 15+ years of professional R&D experience in charged particle beam dynamics and world-class accelerator operations for prototype R&D results. Have significant scientific contributions in the field of accelerator and beams, those involved to isotope production, high-density plasma physics, warm dense matter physics studies, fusion program advancement, neutron generation for material studies, beam containment, beam sources and diagnostics development, etc. In addition, have contributed to developing and implementing new capabilities on existing accelerators. A principal investigator of several R&D projects. Besides R&D activities, have managed multiple tasks, projects, and teams effectively. Have published over 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals, five of which are listed below:
