About

As an accomplished professional and academician, Dr Saxena brings in 19 years of total experience, out of which 8 years working for IT and IT Services companies based out of US/India, and over 10 years in academics. Presently working as an Associate Professor, HR & OB Department, School of Business Studies, and also holding an additional responsibility of Member, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Sharda University, Greater Noida. Along with teaching HR specialization subjects, Dr. Saxena, also been actively involved in designing and conducting Personality Development and Orientation Programs for postgraduate and graduate level students and guided numerous research students at Post Graduate level. As a prolific writer, Dr Saxena has presented several research papers at National and International conferences with special focus on issues such as Work-Life Balance, Gender Diversity, Employee engagement, and various other HR issues. An IIM Raipur Alumnus, she has also been part of the organizing committee of the national and international conferences and a member of the academic council in previous assignments. Dr Saxena is a Certified Assessor-PPA (Person Profile Analysis), a Certified Assessor in TeIQ Thomas International, UK. As a trainer, she has clocked in more than 1500 Hours of training in the last 2 years with ratings of 4.8/5 or above for National and International participants from countries such as Nigeria, Nepal, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, and Ljubljana. She has also conducted and organized Faculty Development Program/ MDPs on soft skills, emotional intelligence, and case study methods etc. for national and international clientele. She has several copyrights to her credit and has 3 patents published.
