About
Computational biologist specializing in functional genomics, structural bioinformatics, and microbial systems biology. My Ph.D. research in Biotechnology focused on iron acquisition pathways in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, combining molecular dynamics simulations, virtual screening, and transcriptomic analysis to identify novel antitubercular drug targets. My work integrates comparative genomics, RNA-seq analysis, and protein structure–function studies to address challenges in microbial pathogenesis, host–pathogen interactions, and computational drug discovery.
