I completed Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. Did my B.E. Hons. in Civil Engg. from University of Roorkee (UOR) now known as IITR and also M. E. in Geotechnical Engg. from UOR (IITR). I have worked at National institute of Hydrology, NIH, Roorkee for two years. After that worked as faculty at NIT Hamirpur for about 23 years. Presently, I am working as Professor and Head, Department of Civil Engineering, Jaypee University of Information Technology, JUIT, Waknaghat, Solan in HP, INDIA.
