About
Dr. Shekhar Jain is working as an associate professor at the Faculty of Life Sciences, Mandsaur University, Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is also associated with the Microbiologist Society, India as M.P. State Coordinator. He has more than 10 years experience of working in leading institutes like Mandsaur University, Mandsaur; Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi; Amity University, Noida and Mody University, Sikar. He is working on plant-microbe interaction for sustainable development of agriculture, crop improvement, biotic and abiotic stress management, and crops yield enhancement by using beneficial microbes. He has Strong involvement in scientific societies and is an active member of scientific societies like Associations of Microbiologists of India (AMI), Indian Phytopathological Society (IPS), I2OR, and Asian PGPR Society. He has been conferred as International Young Scientist Award (2020-21) for his contribution by the International Institute of Organized Research, India.
