About
I am an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, specializing in Environmental Engineering with a focus on solid waste management. My research centers on air emissions from waste treatment systems, including greenhouse gases, VOCs, ammonia, and odour from composting processes. I work on improving emission measurement techniques using flux-based methods and developing sustainable waste management solutions. My broader interests include composting technologies, landfill emissions, odour control, and circular economy approaches for urban and institutional waste systems. I am committed to integrating research with teaching and contributing to practical, policy-relevant environmental solutions.
