B. AWARD
Received the Best Paper Award on the topic The Role of Augmented Reality in Shaping Consumer Experiences and Purchase Intentions in the Retail and E-Commerce Sectors. The accolade was received at the two-day international conference "Bridging the Gap on the Intersection of Science, Technology, Education, Commerce, and Management", hosted at DePaul College on July 15th and 16th, 2023.

C. ACADEMIC & ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
1. Developed a 5-credit MOOC SWAYAM Course titled "INDIAN ECONOMY-II," approved by CEC-UGC, Government of India, and produced by EMRC, University of Mysore. The enrollment for the course for July 2024 is open and the link is https://onlinecourses.swayam2.ac.in/cec24_hs54/preview
2. Served as a reviewer for "Manthan", a Commerce and Management UGC Care Listed group-I Journal available at www.journalpressindia.com/mjcm.
3. Organised an International Webinar on Contemporary Issues of Commerce and Management as the Convenor, hosted by the Department of M.Com, from 7th to 10th October 2020, at St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous), Mysore
4. Undertook the role of Organizing Secretary for a two-day National Conference on Emerging Trends in Research Writing and Publishing Skills, held on 12th and 13th March 2020, at St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous), Mysore
5. Headed the Board of Studies (BoS) & Board of Examiners (BoE) of the Department of M.Com at St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous), Mysore, and oversaw the framing of an outcome-based curriculum for M.Com and the assessment of M.Com students' attainment.
6. Coordinated a National Conference in the MBA Department at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru, held on 18th February 2016, and served as one of the Editors for the special issue of "International Journal of Multi-Dimensional Research (IJMR)" focusing on "Emerging Trends in Finance & Accounting".

12.
