About

Dr. Prashant Prasad is an assistant professor in the Department of Architecture and Planning, Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi. He teaches the class of Bachelor in Architecture & Master in Urban Planning with subjects covering Architectural, Design Transportation Planning, Research Methodology, etc. Dr. Prashant has completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in Infrastructure Design and Management with a specialization in Transportation. He also received the DAAD scholarship and worked in TU Darmstadt, Germany during his M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur. Prior to his M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, he worked in the industry as a project architect in various corporate projects such as office and studio for TV Today Network at Noida, TCS at Dighi, Pune, etc.
