About

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor (Adhoc) in Civil Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. My research focuses on the development and application of environmentally sustainable materials for pavement construction. Specifically, I work with various waste materials, including mine overburden (mine waste), industrial by-products (such as fly ash, ceramic waste, and pond ash), and agricultural residues (like sugarcane bagasse ash and corn stalk ash). My goal is to enhance the performance of base and sub-base layers in low-volume roads and haul roads by stabilizing or reinforcing these materials with geosynthetics. My work focuses on promoting sustainable infrastructure solutions that utilize waste materials in construction.
