About
I hold a Ph.D. in Toxicology with research experience in molecular toxicology, cancer biology, and analytical toxicology. I am familiar with key molecular biology skills, including flow cytometry analysis, ELISA, multiplex assay, cytotoxicity assays, soft agar assays, Western blotting, qRT-PCR, and the isolation, quantification, and quality assessment of RNA, DNA, and protein. Also familiar with single-cell and bulk RNA sample preparation, and sequencing data analysis and MS-MS-based proteomics. Additionally, I am familiar with both theoretical and practical methods of analytical instruments, including mass spectrometry (GC-MS and LC-MS).
