With decades of experience in the field of Computational Biology and Chemistry, I work on virology NGS data analyses and Bioinformatics pipelines ingredient with R and Perl for patients data implicated by Neurological Diseases and COVID-19. Altogether, I have worked on aptamer/DNA-protein analyses, Drug target_protein-protein/ligand interactions, network pathways-mechanistic interactions analysis, and annotations of viral and cancer proteomes.
