About

Dr. Prolay Saha is a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Centre for Clouds and Climate Change Research (C4R), Cotton University, India, and a LOTUS 2025–26 fellow supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), Japan. He is also affiliated with the Faculty of Education, Kagawa University, Japan, as a visiting researcher. His research interests include South Asian monsoon onset and dynamics, teleconnections, hydro-meteorological extremes, prediction and predictability, and climate change. He is currently working on mesoscale modeling for regional subseasonal-to-seasonal (S2S) prediction.
