About

I am a molecular virologist with over nine years of research experience in the field of virus–host interactions and viral pathogenesis. My current postdoctoral research focuses on the role of membrane microdomains and host lipid-modifying enzymes in Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) maturation and infectivity. Previously, during my Ph.D. at IIT Delhi, I investigated how dengue virus exploits host cellular factor HMGB1 to enhance replication and immune evasion. My expertise spans molecular biology, biochemistry, cell culture, viral assays, and imaging techniques.
