About
Dr Dhruba K Bhattacharyya received his PhD degree from Tezpur University in 1999 in the field of cryptography and error control coding. He is a Senior Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Tezpur University. Professor Bhattacharyya’s research areas include network security, Machine Learning and Computational Biology. He has published more than 300 research articles in leading international journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings. Dr Bhattacharyya has written or edited 20 technical books. 21 students have successfully completed their PhDs under the guidance of Prof Bhattacharyya. Prof Bhattacharyya is a fellow of IETE and IE. Also, he is senior member of IEEE. Prof Bhattacharyya is an Associate Editor of Springer Nature Journal of Computer Science.
