Dr. Paramjit Singh specializes in ion beam technology applied to polymeric materials. Currently, his research interests have expanded to include carbon materials-based conducting polymers with supercapacitive properties. He has authored over 35 research papers in leading SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and contributed 3 book chapters published by Springer and Elsevier. Dr. Singh has presented his research results at more than 30 national and international conferences and symposia and delivered an extension lecture at Tianjin University, China, during an academic visit. He has presented his research internationally in Poland, Japan, and Canada. As the Principal Investigator, he leads a major research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India. According to Google Scholar, Dr. Singh's work has garnered over 790 citations, with an h-index of 19 and an i10-index of 26. He is the recipient of the prestigious Dr. D.S. Kothari National Postdoctoral Fellowship from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India, and has been awarded the Talented Young Scientist Program fellowship by the Chinese government. Dr. Singh's contributions to the field of ion beam technology and polymeric materials are well-recognized, demonstrating a significant impact through his extensive research, publications, and international collaborations.
