Dr. Vikas Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), M. D. University, Rohtak, India. He obtained his M.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees in Applied Mathematics from IIT Roorkee and ISM University, Dhanbad, and earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. His research interests include information theory and its applications, and mathematical modeling. He has published research papers in reputed international journals.
