I am Sweta Agrawal, currently serving as a Lecturer in Commerce at Neela Shaila Mahavidyalaya, Rourkela, Odisha. I am passionate about teaching, research, and continuous academic learning, with a strong interest in exploring emerging areas of commerce and interdisciplinary research.

Alongside teaching, I am keen to learn from experienced researchers, explore new research areas, and remain open to research collaborations. I value opportunities to learn new methodologies, perspectives, and approaches that can contribute to meaningful and impactful research.

I believe that academic growth is a continuous process, and I am always open to learning, collaborating, and contributing to research projects with scholars from different disciplines and institutions.
