About

I'm an Environmental & Natural Resource Economist. My research combines discrete choice models, time-series and panel econometrics, and structural and bioeconomic modeling to study how fishers and firms respond to environmental variability. Current projects include the economic value of early-warning systems for salmon farming and the effect of climate change on stock productivity and fishing effort in Chile's small pelagic fishery. I also work on common-pool resources, resource price determination, and technical efficiency in aquaculture.
